Something will happen on that date that will change the world as we know it
It is a mandate from the Federal Government that requires all high powered TV stations to get with the program or else. That means people with old fashioned TV sets will either have to buy a special Digital TV Converter Box or buy a TV that has a built-in Digital TV tuner inside. The bad news is that you will be required to buy an extra electronic gadget or be left out of the television world. It might actually be better to go without the Television, but that's a whole other story. The good news is that the boxes run about 50-60 bucks and the government will give you up to 2 DTV coupons that gives you a $40 break on a DTV Converter Box. The other good news is that Digital TV gives you a crystal clear picture (similar to cable or satellite) and you also receive more channels when compared to old fashioned analog TV. In addition, you also get HD (High Definition) resolution if you own a HD television or monitor. The interesting thing you will notice when you first start watching TV off your new DTV converter is that you no longer receive the dreaded "snow" bad reception that was once common with analog TV. However, if the channel is weak your crystal clear picture will freeze and/or the audio will become choppy. The solution is to get the best possible TV antenna. They make special TV antennas that are specifically designed for DTV. They come in both indoor and roof top models. However, I still use my regular "rabbit ears" antenna and it works just fine.

Death of Old Fashioned (analog) Television
On February 17, 2009, federal law requires that all full-power television broadcast stations stop broadcasting in analog format and broadcast only in digital format. It's about time they updated the Television standard. Digital Television or DTV simply means computerized TV and Analog Television simply means old fashioned TV. What is a Digital TV Converter Box?
A Digital Television Converter Box or DTV Converter Box is a little box that converts the new digital TV signals into a format that your old fashioned TV set understands. They run about $60 (April 2008 prices), but the federal government is giving out $40 coupons that you apply to the purchase of Digital Converter Box. This give you a total out-of-pocket expense of about $20. In addition, the government allows you 2 coupons per household, but the offer is only good for a limited time (during the transition period). What is a Laptop Cooler?
A laptop cooler is a device external to a laptop or notebook computer that is designed to lower the overall temperature of the portable computer. A typical laptop cooler consists of a rectangular platform about the same size or larger than the laptop computer. Many laptop coolers have a built-in fan to help facilitate the  cooling process. Most of these fanned coolers have 2 fans, but I've seen a really cool 4 fan laptop cooler. The fans on most laptop coolers are powered by a special USB cable that plugs into any available USB port on the laptop computer. In addition to a laptop cooler it is also a good idea to dust off the laptop using a Gas Duster (Canned Air). Universal Energy
Before we can define "Universal Energy" we have to define the word "Energy". Energy is the substance (physical or spiritual) that gives us the power to move, think, speak, work, etc. Now Fofat or Universal Energy is the energy that is common to all living things. For example, the Sun is the Fofat of all physical energy on the planet Earth.
